What sizes are available for Studio 17 dresses?
Studio 17 offers sizes 0-30 in all of our styles. To better serve your sizing needs visit an authorized Studio 17 retailer to be measured. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.
What are the fabric options?
Available fabrics for each style are listed on the individual product pages.
Can I order the dress shorter or longer depending on my height?
ALL styles are available to order up to 5 inches longer or shorter for your convenience, but please note that this may delay the shipping date. Contact an authorized Studio 17 retailer to be measured and to place your order. (Additional charges may apply.)

Can I purchase a dress directly from the Studio 17 Website?

How can I get a Studio 17 catalog?
There are multiple ways to view and share the Studio 17 collection. You can view and download our current catalog online by clicking the "CATALOG" tab on the Welcome bar. All of our authorized Studio 17 retailers have the current Studio 17 catalog in their stores for you. Also all of our styles are available to view and print online. Each dresses product information, alternative views, color options, and more are visible on the individual product pages. On the product page you can post your favorite dress to your social networking site, by using our "Share With Prom Party" feature. You can also save your favorite dresses right from the site to your own Studio 17 account to view at your convenience.
How do I save my favorite dresses so I can come back to them?
You can sign up for to be a Studio 17 member by clicking the "myDressing Room" hanger icon at the top of the webpage. Once you create an account you can then save your favorites by clicking the "myDressing Room" hanger on the individual product page. All the dresses you select will be stored in your account and from there you can share your selections by email.
How do I find a local retailer?
Our Store Locator feature makes it easy to find an authorized retailer in your area. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar and enter your information. If you cannot find a store near you, please contact us at inquiries@houseofwu.com with your local store of choice and we will do our best to set something up with them for you.
How do I know which retailers carry the dresses I like?

How do I find out the price of a dress?
Only an authorized Studio 17 retailer can quote a price for a dress. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.
How long does it take for my prom dress to arrive?
Studio 17 has a regular shipping of 8-10 weeks. However, we also offer a variety of styles that are available to be shipped within two weeks, contact an authorized retailer for availability. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.
What if the dress I ordered does not fit?
Studio 17 dresses are made to order. Using the Studio 17 size chart and an authorized Studio 17 retailer to accurately measure you is the only way to ensure the best fit.
